I used many vendors to process my photos including Shutterfly, Costco and MPIX. I kept seeing Bay Photo ads in my ShutterBug magazine and decided to give them a try. I ordered a variety of products including their thinwraps, standoffs and gaterboard.
I am very impressed with the results. I was not impressed with their software to get my photos to them. It kept hanging up on me and I struggled to get my work done. To be fair, I am running a new operating system (Windows 7), but I have a fairly new PC running 8 gigs of RAM. Their customer service was top notch and they even called my house to talk to me.
If you don’t have trouble with their ROES software, I think you will be quite satisfied.

Planes are a big part of Alaska. That is how we get around this huge state. I travel quite a bit in small aircraft and helicopters around the state and enjoy photographing them. I thought I would share a few.
The first three images are HDR. For my airplane crash photos go here.
